4. Consultation Cancellation and Refund
If a client cancels a consultation at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled consultation time, the paid amount may be refunded after deduction of applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and administrative processing fees.
If the consultation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, the consultation fee will not be eligible for a refund, as the time slot has already been reserved.
5. No-Show Policy
If the client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation shall be treated as a no-show, and the consultation fee will not be refunded.
However, rescheduling may be allowed in certain cases at the discretion of the company.
6. Advance Payments for Services
Clients may be required to pay advance fees for services such as:

- Drafting services
- Legal advisory support
- Research and case preparation
If the client cancels the service before the work has started, the company may process a refund after deduction of administrative charges.
If the work has already commenced, the amount corresponding to the work completed may not be refundable.
7. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If a client makes a duplicate or excess payment, the company may review the transaction and process a refund of the excess amount after verification.
8. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome
Legal consultation and support services are provided based on available information and applicable legal provisions. Outcomes of legal matters depend on multiple factors including facts, documentation, and judicial processes.
Therefore, payments made for consultation or legal support services do not guarantee any specific legal outcome, and dissatisfaction with outcomes shall not be grounds for refund.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 working days, depending on banking procedures and payment gateway processing timelines.
10. Deductions
Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to deductions including:
- Applicable taxes
- Payment gateway charges
- Administrative processing fees
